I’m Christina.

I write poetry, fiction, and often something in between. My writing tends to live in and explore liminal spaces—between friendship and family, between human and non-human life. I write a lot about grief and everyday beauty too (some of which is on my Substack).

I host almost-monthly gatherings in Los Angeles centered around reading, writing, nature, and food. Events range from poetry picnics to guided hiking + writing sessions. My favorite recent event was on Poem in Your Pocket Day. We decorated our favorite poems over pizza and wine in a beautiful garden and then handed these poems out to strangers and started all sorts of wonderful conversations and connections.
